A Good Weekend

What a weekend. It was relaxing and fun. Saturday night we went to Peel for dinner. Woodfired pizza, YUM YUM. The wait was long (super extra long considering we were waiting with a one year old and there really isnt a huge waiting area) but it was worth it!

Yes I drive a giant American made tank. The tank wasnt even on E. I love the burb, but I hate the gas station. OUCH.

I also got started on some new projects! Im trying some new stuff to get me out of my personal quilting funk. I bought fabric that I just love with no project in mind. I usually am working on a project for a class at a local quilt shop or something that has a set of parameters attached to it, but not these projects! I usually dont prewash my fabrics but it the spirit of trying new things, I washed these first. Now the fabrics are soft and they smell oh so nice! I already got started cutting out one of the sets of fabrics and will post some pics as that project progresses!

And whats a post without some cute baby pics?! So heres little G munchin on a PB&J. Eatting is seriously messy business!
