Monkey See, Monkey Do.

Yeah that's right, my one year old knows how to use the mouse on his ABC laptop. Maybe I'm setting a bad example, I don't know. Hey, he loves the thing, its educational, helps with hand-eye coordination, has funny games and silly songs. We spend lots of time together reading, talking, playing, singing, so I guess him playing with his laptop isn't all wrong. But yeah, for all you parents out there that think your kids don't pay attention to what you are doing, think again! :)

Crazy lady moment: I thought about homeschooling again today. I read a lot of things online and have some personal connections to some homeschooling moms and dads. So I have been tossin' that idea around in the old noggin. We have a long ways to go before any traditional schooling starts so for now I'll just enjoy spending time with Little G.

My culinary masterpiece for the evening: Burnt on one side, soggy on the other grilled cheese sandwiches. Haha. Seriously! The pan was too hot, so I burnt one side and then over corrected on the other side. I know you all want to come eat at my house now. I guess the upside to all of it was that I was the only one eating them. Little G ate earlier and Matt wasn't hungry (maybe he could sense my epic sandwich fail to come).

Hope you are having a great start to your weekend!

Too cute on the laptop!

At least you tried to make dinner; this alone impresses me. We headed to FV, half way realized I'd forgotten the return I was returning, said screw it - turned around, got fish at the Legion, threw fish away at the Legion, went home hungry. I finally gave in and just ate a Little Debbie Snack Cake. Ha!
